Tasks
- Assign seats to passengers using computer reservation systems
- Check passenger baggage to determine those which are oversized and overweight to ensure travel standards are met
- Prepare boarding passes for passengers
- Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments
- Trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers
- Prepare and issue tickets and receipts
- Provide customer service
- Work with minimal supervision
